convenient and absolutely perfect location, it was really close to surrounding areas, ukiah, ca, and california. the staff was very very helpful and affable, they were always available. i spent here 1 good day and would stay here again.

the bathroom door would not close because someone put in a elongated toilet instead of a round one

bed comfort is so bad - pillows have to be replaced

Theee were blood stains on pillow and sheets..like what bed bugs would hsve left

Forgot to key our room for two night, we had to go back to the office Saturday night when we got back to our room.

The jacuzzi was hot, and i appreciated the outdoor pool. The hotel has a fitness center where i worked out on the treadmill, nice. It's conveniently located to local attractions.

Price is a little high the tvs and the furniture was outdated the hot tub with not clean

I liked the chair and foot rest in our room. It was comfortable and made it easy to relax.

The drive way going into the street had a sharp dip and the front end of my car would scrape the driveway.

For dads, it would be great to have more in-room activities for kids. My wife says that the room lacked ventilation and could have been cleaner. It took a while to cool down upon arrival, made settling in a challenge.

Everything was great good location stuff are helpful and informative. Its for sure I will stay at the same hotel during my next visit to Ukiah. Thank you
